Drop-in class

A Drop-In Class is the perfect way to experience Kundalini Yoga without any commitment. Whether you are completely new or already have some experience, you are welcome to join whenever it fits your schedule.

In each class, we work with a combination of breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to help you release stress, calm your mind, and recharge your energy. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced just come as you are.

3 -Class Intro Pass

The 3-Class Intro Pass is a simple way to discover Kundalini Yoga and experience its effects over a short period of time. It’s designed especially for beginners who want to try the practice without committing long-term.

In these three classes, you’ll explore breathwork, gentle movement, mantra, and meditation. Each session helps you release stress, calm your nervous system, and build more energy and clarity step by step.

Rooftop Yoga is a special outdoor session designed to help you step out of daily noise and into a wider sense of space.

In this outdoor session, we combine breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation to help you release tension, reset your energy, and feel more connected to your body and surroundings.

Practicing above the city adds a sense of freedom, clarity, and expansion that you can really feel.

Come to breathe, move, and reset under the sky.

This is my journey

For years, I lived under the constant pressure of

expectations. At work, during my studies, in my social life and

most of all, the expectations I placed on myself.

The need to perform, to meet certain standards,

and to always keep going was deeply ingrained in me.

I worked hard and cared for others,

while slowly losing the space to truly be myself.

Gradually, I began to lose my balance.

My body carried tension, and I felt increasingly

disconnected from my own feelings.

Yet I kept moving forward and caught in old patterns.

I was living on autopilot, no longer able to

consciously slow down, relax, or listen to

what I truly needed.

Then Kundalini Yoga crossed my path.

What started as a simple curiosity to find a

moment of peace turned into a profound

and transformative journey. A journey

that asked for courage. The courage to face

what I had long avoided, to release old patterns,

and allow myself to exist fully and authentically as who I truly am.

This transformation became the foundation

of Fem in Balance.

Today, my mission is to guide others who feel

overwhelmed by expectations, lifechallenges,

and the demands of work and life helping

them reconnect with their own inner balance.

Together, we step into a deep transformational

journey, so you can make choices from a place

of trust, resilience, and authenticity.
